February 17, 2009 - Valley View Homes Starting at $126,900

Affordable housing just got more affordable!  Valley View Homes announces two additional plan options to their current four models. 

Effective immediately, Valley View will offer the “Tennessee” Model, a two bedroom, one bath ranch-style home with an attached double garage for $126,900.  Also, the “Columbia B” Model, a two bedroom, two bath, ranch-style home with a double garage and full, unfinished basement will be available for $156,900.  The Columbia B will have a 1256 square feet unfinished basement with a design which could accommodate three additional bedrooms (for a total of five) and third bath, family room and utility/storage area. 

Both homes will be fully landscaped including rock, edging, sod, foundation plantings and irrigation system.  As with all four other plans, they feature six panel door, custom cabinetry, cement board siding, 30 year shingles and energy efficient heat pump heating and cooling systems.
